Hosting
The site is hosted and delivered by Cloudflare, Inc. To deliver pages and protect the site against abuse, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. This is necessary to run the website (legitimate interest). Cloudflare acts as our processor.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and measure page performance. It uses no cookies or local storage and does not fingerprint or follow you across sites. It records the page visited, referring site, browser and device type, country and load times, in aggregated form. We use it only to understand how the site is used (legitimate interest).
If you write to us, including to apply for a job, we use your message and the details in it only to reply and handle your request. We delete it once it is no longer needed, unless the law requires us to keep it.
Transfers abroad
Cloudflare may process data outside Switzerland and the EU, including in the United States. Cloudflare is certified under the EU–US and Swiss–US Data Privacy Frameworks and uses standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection and, where it applies, the EU GDPR, you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its processing, and receive a copy of it. Write to the address above. You can also complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or your local data protection authority.
